The Missouri currently has record numbers of trout, and currently decent conditions. I have been tying flies and getting equipment ready for the season. April is when I start guiding daily, and I have some availability the first couple of weeks. 406-459-9221

Very cold right now. Smart anglers are skiing, tying flies, and preparing for next year. I'm in the process of ordering a new rubber boat, but don't worry the adipose will still be around next year! I have been booking a lot of trips for next year. My May is really full, April is nearly empty, and June still has some great big holes.
Call and speak to a licensed outfitter, I will facilitate every portion of our trip. Don't wait too long, as I only have a few select guides I will work with.

Baetis, Streamers, and whatever else is on the end of the line is getting eaten hard on the MO right now. According to my observations, most of the larger browns are spawning in our tributaries right now. The numbers of rising trout at times is simply staggering. My season has wound down, and I have a couple of trips in early November. Let's take some time and plan next year's adventure soon; 406-459-9221

Wear a hat with a strap, And hold on tight to your rod. Literally. Fishing on the Missouri has been excellent, elsewhere has been tough. I've got a couple of weeks of fishing left, and a sprinkling of business in November. Then it is off to Mexico for some R and R. Most of you know how to reach me, let's take some time to plan next year's adventure sometime soon.

The fish surprised me a little bit yesterday. Today it is snowing, and I couldn't be happier. I'm inside tying flies and getting equipment ready for fall. Hopefully there are plenty more browns like Captain Cave Woman (pictured above) on the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really the fattest fish I have seen in a long time, in a not so likely place.
